Hey Readers
Its bee another mad crazy week in the office, no one said it would be easy! This week we've let Cadbury's have it with our opinions on their fairtrade advert, the office was split for and against both Pricila and Claudette put up a good fight judge for yourself
Putting both arguments aside the facts according to the Fair Trade Foundation
Did you know Cadbury aim to invest over £45 million through the partnership with coco farmers,
'£30 million that is to go toward Ghana, to help improve farmer incomes, develop communities and build partnerships.
Since launching the Cadbury Cocoa Partnership (CCP) in conjunction with the United Nations Development Programme, Cadbury has built up a partnership with the Ghanaian government and non-governmental agencies, CARE, VSO (Voluntary Service Overseas) and World Vision, at grassroots level, bet you didn't know that, still think the advert might be racisit?...think again ?
Still with me ?
Releases, releases, releases every week an artist is putting something out there. This week happens to be Majestic MC, who's bringing garage back. Jannee Bennett, who works alongside grime producer royalty, Bless Beats is releasing an infectious song, Sex in the City - I tell you I can't get enough of this tune! B.B.K (Boy Better Know) and their debut single Going In, ow my jindig, if you don't know about this tune and video then I suggest you click here ....... as it was clip of the week .... and then click here yerr baby!
Poor old Chippy (chipmunk) is not so chipper and has decided to take a little break, we send him our love and support (hope he gets it ).. It's always difficult for some one starting so young to be thrown in front of the cameras and have to grow up with the whole world watching, people have expectations that you feel you need to meet, not knowing who to trust, take Brintey for example.
On a lighter note, we are on the look out for a fresh blood to join us online from music to fashion to events to in deep we want your words and your time join our ever growing community.
